To protect you from fraud and to keep our platform secure, we will verify your identity by comparing your government‑issued ID with a selfie you take now. We use Plaid, Inc. as our service provider to capture your ID and selfie, perform liveness checks, and compare them. Your images and the biometric template derived from your selfie are used only for identity verification and fraud prevention. Your information may be processed in the United States and be subject to U.S. law.
If you choose Manual Review, a team member will examine your application, which might take a few additional days. Opting for automated verification will lead to quicker processing.
